LTIMindtree's Nachiket Deshpande steps down as AI services president

IT services major LTIMindtree on October 21 announced that Nachiket Deshpande will be resigning from the position of Whole-time Director & President with effect from October 31, 2025, to explore new opportunities outside the company.

Formerly the COO of LTIMindtree, Deshpande was assigned the new role in March 2025 as the president of the company’s newly formed AI services business group, as a part of CEO Venu Lambu’s ongoing senior management changes.

He played a crucial role in the company's recent mega deal wins including the record seven-year deal win of $450-million with an unnamed global agribusiness leader.

Earlier Deshpande was one of the front runners for the CEO position to succeed incumbent CEO Debashis Chatterjee. Lambu was announced as the CEO designate in January.
He has been with erstwhile LTI Board & presently the LTIMindtree Board since 2019.
