GMR Infrastructure-led Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has decided to monestise around 22-25 acres of land bank near the Delhi airport, reports Navin Shetty of CNBC-TV18, quoting sources. The deal will help the infrastructure company to partially bring down its debt of Rs 43,000 crore, say sources.GMR has already sent a Request For Proposal to prospective buyers, and bids are expected to be submitted in a month's time. According to the sources, six investors, both domestic and foreign, have shown interest in the land parcel. Hospitality players are also said to be in the fray for the land parcel, Navin adds, quoting sources.
