Rating agency ICRA has downgraded its rating on Maharashtra Seamless to AA- from AA. The company has been suffering due to dumping f seamless pipes, says Saket Jindal, MD of Maharashtra Seamless.Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Jindal says that the company is expecting safeguard duty soon on seamless pipes.
