Pre-development work on the Rs 16,000 crore Navi Mumbai Airport has begun. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Sanjay Chaudhari, Chief Engineer-Navi Mumbai International Airport, at The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra (CIDCO) discussed it in details.
Ground work for airport has begun physically at the site, he said.
We expect pre-development of Navi Mumbai International Airport to complete by 2019. Have all the necessary approvals in place, said Chaudhari.
Don’t expect any delay in preconstruction as of now, he added.
