Expect loan growth in range of 25-30% in FY17: Manappuram Fin

Mannpuram Finance has been revamping its product strategy in the gold loan segment as well as diversifying the products division. The company has also started an online facility for providing gold loans, Manappuram’s MD & CEO VP Nandakumar told CNBC-TV18. The company, which recorded its strongest performance in past 15 quarters, is expecting good monsoon to reduce stress in the rural economy. Nandakumar expects loan growth to range between 25-30 percent in FY17 and also sees cost of borrowing coming down sub 10 percent going ahead. Watch video for the full interview..
