Antique Stock Broking met the management of Dhanuka Agritech and they are cautiously optimistic on the stock.
In an interview to CNBC-TV18, MK Dhanuka, MD of Dhanuka Agritech spoke about the latest happenings in his company and sector.
We expect around 10-12 percent growth by year-end instead of 15 percent because the rainfall was erratic and there was no deficit of rainfall in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, he said.
Because of the recent rain in south and Maharashtra, we are hopeful that we will be able to deliver this growth. Because of the moisture and the water availability in the reservoirs, we hope rabi to remain good and we will be able to deliver double digit growth, he added.
Distribution of rainfall was very uneven, said Dhanuka.
On goods and services tax (GST), he said there was impact in last 15 days of June and first 15 days of July but things have been settled down.
I don’t foresee any problem because of GST now onwards, he said.
