Digital India will bring new opportunities for the Indian youth to make careers in a very different environment, further making India a leader in next 10-15 years, says Krishnakumar Natarajan, MD and CEO, Mindtree.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Natarajan says that this decision comes as a ‘bold and ambitious’ move by Prime Minister. He said building digital infrastructure will make everybody digitally involved further creating society digitally.

Q: You have been hearing this entire event that did take place, what was the most important takeaway for you?
A:Personally, the initiative of Prime Minister Modi and the government in articulating a bold and ambitious vision for digital India is very exciting. Creating a digital infrastructure, creating a more inclusive society by which everybody will be digitally empowered will really change the trajectory of how India will evolve at both a country and as an economy and more than anything else I feel the youth of the country will really have the opportunity to build their careers, to build their lives in a world which is very different where clearly we will be the leaders in the next ten to fifteen years. I am personally very excited with this initiative.
