In the first week of September, Noida-based liquor maker Globus Spirits had announced that it has received an approval from the Delhi high court for a merger of Associated Distillers Limited (ADL) with itself. Ajay K Swarup, managing director of Globus Spirits, in an interview to CNBC-TV18, gave additional details on the merger and what kind of revenue growth the company is expecting from it.
