India-based business process outsourcing firm ExlService Holdings Inc is in talks with six to eight players for acquisitions in the range of USD 25 million to USD 50 million, its chief executive said on Wednesday.
The acquisitions will be funded from cash in hand, Rohit Kapoor told Reuters in an interview on the sidelines of an industry conference.
ExlService, which competes with Genpact and WNS Holdings, said in May it agreed to buy privately-held Outsource Partners International, a provider of financial and accounting outsourcing services, for an enterprise value of USD 91 million.
