After Maruti Suzuki announced its highest wage-hike ever in its history at its Gurgaon, chairman RC Bhargava says the hike will have little impact on the company's margins.
"This wage agreement will have no significant impact on the bottom-line. Our total wage cost, starting from the senior management downwards to the workers, is little over 2 percent of the total sales. Wages would have to be similar at both Gurgaon and Manesar," he told CNBC-TV18.
