CNBC-TV18 is No. 1 business channel on Budget Day

The numbers are in and CNBC-TV18 has come in as the No. 1 business channel on Budget Day.

According to the Budget day ratings, CNBC-TV18 was the No. 1 business channel across all audience categories. The channel was No. 1 across business and English news channels for that day. It was also No. 1 across all time bands for the Budget.

CNBC-TV18 had a 79% market share on Budget day while all other business channels put together had 21%. CNBC-TV18 also had 84% market share during finance minister Pranab Mukherjee
