Kpit Cummins Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 08, 2011, to consider the issue of Equity Shares of the Company on a preferential basis under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956 and convening an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company in this regard.
