APW President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that Schneider Electric has entered into a share purchase agreement with the existing promoters of the Company for purchase of the promoter shares in terms thereof.

In this regard the Company has receivedfrom Schneider Electric, the press release dated January 07, 2011.
