GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2011, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the Year ended December 31, 2010 and to consider Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2010.
