Vardhman Polytex Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on January 15, 2011 has approved the issue of 18,00,000 (Eighteen Lac only) Convertible Warrants to a Financial Investors (belonging to the Non Promoters Group) on preferential basis pursuant to SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 which is subject to the consent of Shareholders.
