The environment ministry has submitted it reports after the Lavasa survey. The reports suggests that there have been gross violations by Lavasa and it would be very difficult the Ministry to approve the project. The Ministry will submit its report to the Bombay high court on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Lavasa has confirmed that it received the report from the environment minister, but Lavasa sources say the report was confusing. Earlier, the Bombay High Court had granted the Environment Ministry an extension till January 21 to submit its final order on Lavasa.
