HCL Technologies has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each of the Company.

HCL Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 19, 2011, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each of the Company. The payment date of the said interim dividend shall be February 04, 2011
