Tube Investments of India has its Board of Directors meeting on January 29, 2011 to consider interim dividend for the financial year March 31, 2011.

Tube Investments of India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2010.

2. To consider declaring interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2011.
