3i Infotech approves payment of dividend

3i Infotech at their meeting held on January 24, 2011 has approved payment of dividend for the period November 01, 2010 to January 31, 2011.

3i Infotech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 24, 2011 have approved the payment of dividend of Rs.160.10 lacs for the period November 01, 2010 to January 31, 2011 on the 6.35% Preference Shares of Rs.5 each.
