Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 01, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approval for Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2010;

2. Recommendation of Dividend on Equity Shares for the Financial Year ended December 31, 2010;
