Himachal Futuristic Comm (HFCL) shall be suspended from trading in equity shares with effect from February 08, 2011.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the trading in equity shares of Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited shall be suspended w.e.f. February 08, 2011 (i.e. closing hours of trading on February 07, 2011) on account of Scheme of Capital Reduction.
