Bata India has its Board of Directors meeting on February 23, 2011 to consider dividend on equity shares for financial year ended December 31, 2010.

Bata India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 23, 2011, inter-alia, to approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2010 and for the 4 quarter ended on the same date & will also consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended December 31, 2010.
