Parle Agro forays into carbonated drinking water segment

FMCG player Parle Agro is foraying into the carbonated drinking water category under its existing brand Bailley to strengthen its presence in the beverage market, reports msn.

FMCG player Parle Agro is foraying into the carbonated drinking water category under its existing brand Bailley to strengthen its presence in the beverage market, reports msn.

"The expansion into the soda category is in accordance with our growth strategy for the beverage division," Parle Agro Joint Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer Nadia Chauhan said in a statement. The company, which sells fruit drinks like Frooti, Appy, LMN and Saint Juice, said it is extending its Bailley packaged drinking water through the new product. The firm said the move is in line with its vision to be present across all beverage categories. Source: msn
