Q: You started 100% employee guarantee scheme sometime back. What sort of contribution can we expect in terms of a bottom line and a top line from this particular scheme? A: We have been in business for last 60 years. Talking about the 100% job guarantee scheme, the Government of India has been working really hard to create employment and Jetking has been in forefront for last 20 years. In the last nine months, our business has shown bit degrowth of just 6%. This is because of lag effect in 2007-2008, 2008-2009 when IT was not doing too well, we were doing extremely well and growing at the rate of 36%.
