In a U-turn of sorts, the Supreme Court allowed the Punjab & Haryana High Court to continue with their proceedings against realty major DLF's 'The Crest' property in Gurgaon.
The move comes after the apex court had infact stayed an earlier High Court order.
The case pertains to buyers alleging that the company violated floor to area ratio (FAR) and used 11 acres of the promised 'Park Palace' for the construction of 'The Crest'
The case was filed in 2013 but a Supreme Court bench had stayed all further proceedings before the High Court and since then the matter had been pending.Watch video for more.
