NSE asks TCS why meet wasn't called before replacing Mistry:Srcs

Sources tell CNBC-TV18 that the National Stock Exchange has sent an enquiry to TCS as to why a board meet was not called before changing the chairman.

Tata Sons on Thursday appointed Ishaat Hussain as Chairman of Board Of Directors of TCS after Cyrus Mistry was ousted as the holding company's Chairman. TCS sources say that all due process have been followed to replace Cyrus Mistry as chairman from TCS board.
