Indus Towers may buy Vodafone's tower arm for Rs 3500cr

Indus Towers, jointly owned by Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Essar and Idea Cellular may be looking at acquiring Vodafone’s tower arm (with 7,000 units) for Rs 3,500 crore. For this, the company may be looking to raise Rs 2,000 crore.
