A new leadership team takes over at IT major Infosys starting today and while the global uncertainty poses a tough challenge for IT companies, which still depend heavily on the US for their revenues, Infosys says that they are not looking at changing their whole year guidance just yet and are closely monitoring the situation just like their clients. Narayana Murthy stepped down as chairman of Infosys on Saturday and the reins of IT bellwether Infosys is now in the hands of his trusted friend KV Kamath. As non-executive chairman, Kamath will depend on the new team of Kris Gopalakrishnan the new executive chairman and SD Shibulal the new CEO to help the company sail through the choppy waters of global uncertainty and meet its growth guidance.
