Three industry stalwarts in the telecom space have written a defiant letter to the Prime Minister on the move to disallow 3G intra-circle roaming. The letter - written this Monday - has been signed by Bharti Airtel's Sunil Mittal, Idea's Kumar Mangalam Birla and Vodafone's Vittorio Colao.
