An ordinance to formalise International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) converged standards or what will now be called IndAS is expected by early next month. Sources tell us that while companies will have to prepare financial statements based on IFRS for investors, dividend and tax liability is likely to be computed based on Indian GAAP, reports CNBC-TV18
