Bengaluru: Starting July 1, pay more toll on Electronics City flyover, Attibele highway

Bangalore Elevated Tollway officials said that revised rates will come into effect following an annual adjustment based on the WPI, and will remain in effect for a year.

Motorists using the Electronics City flyover and Attibele toll plaza on the Bengaluru-Hosur stretch of National Highway-44 will have to pay higher toll charges from July 1.

These toll plazas fall under the Bengaluru–Hosur section of NH-44 and are managed by Bangalore Elevated Tollway Private Ltd. Bangalore Elevated Tollway officials said that revised rates will come into effect following an annual adjustment based on the Wholesale Price Index (WPI).

As per the new fee structure, two-wheeler riders using the elevated corridor from Central Silk Board to Electronics City will continue to be charged Rs 25 for a single journey, while the rates for multiple journeys in daily and monthly passes have been revised to Rs 40 and Rs 755, up from the earlier Rs 35 and Rs 720, respectively.
