The members had at their 51st Annual General Meeting held on August 2, 2014 appointed Mr. R.V. Raghavan (DIN :01754139) as an Independent Director in terms of the provisions of Section 149, 152 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from August 2, 2014 to hold office upto April 3, 2017. The tenure of Mr. R.V. Raghavan in terms of aforesaid appointment has been completed and he has ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from April 4, 2017.
