SVC Resources' EoGM on Jan 11, 2014

Tatva Legal, Advocates has informed on behalf of Mr. Mohit Khullar & Others that the Hon'ble Chairman of the Company Law Board, Principal Bench, New Delhi by an order dated December 11, 2013 in C.A.No. 108 of 2013 in C.P.No. 31 of 2013 had directed the Company, SVC Resources Ltd. to hold an EOGM on Jan 11, 2014 at Mumbai.
