Meeting of Independent Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29th March, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the registered office to consider the following: 1. Review the performance of non-independent directors and the Board as a whole; 2. Review the performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; 3.
