SR Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 04, 2016, inter alia, to consider the preferential allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each and 5,00,000 warrants to the persons belonging to the promoter group on private placement basis.
