Partani Appliances Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the board is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the following items of agenda.- To adopt the Unaudited Financial Results by the Audit Committee and by the Board for the half yearly/ six months ended September 30, 2016 and the Limited Review Report (LRR) carried on by Statutory Auditors.- In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from November 15, 2016, to November 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors/ designated employees shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period.Source : BSE
