Nexus Commodities And Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Swapna Phansekar, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from March 13, 2015 due to her personal reasons.

Nexus Commodities And Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that Ms. Swapna Phansekar, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer with effect from March 13, 2015 due to her personal reasons.Further the Company has informed that, Mr. Rupesh Roongta, executive director of the Company will hold the position of Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f.
