Marvel Capital & Finance India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, has passed the following resolutions :1. The Board was informed that Ms. Khushbu Rathi has been appointed as director of the Company and Mr. Saurabh Rathi expressed his inability to continue as member of the Board due to his pre-occupancy. The Board has accepted resignation of Saurabh Rathi from the Board and Audit Committee and appointed Ms. Khushbu Rathi as Director of the Company.2. The Board was also informed regarding change in Registered office of the Company. It was decided to shift the Registered office of the Company to following address :115B, Shalimar MiracleOpp ICICI Bank, S V RoadGoregaon (West), Mumbai - 400 062.Source : BSE
