Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd, India’s largest telecom network has announced a partnership with network services and consumer experience pioneer Plume to provide market-leading smart home and small business services to its subscribers across India. The collaboration aims to cater to around 200 million homes and businesses across the nation.

The collaboration leverages Plume's robust, scalable cloud platform to further strengthen Jio's commitment to the Indian digital consumer. Jio, with its deep-rooted focus on Indian clientele, offers both fixed-line and wireless services powered by the cloud. The entire infrastructure is housed within India, supported by the company's top-tier JioFiber and JioAirFiber networks. These networks are meticulously crafted to offer consistent, high-speed internet and entertainment services to every Indian household.

Enabled by Plume's advanced AI and cloud platform, subscribers are eligible for innovative features. These include adaptive whole-home WiFi, optimization of connected devices and app performance, cybersecurity for connected gadgets, cutting-edge parental controls, WiFi-driven motion sensing, and more.
