HPCL approves dividend of Rs 6.40/per share

The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 23, 2017 have declared Interim Dividend of Rs.6.40/- per equity Share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the Financial Year 2016-17. The Board has fixed March 27, 2017 as the record date to determine the eligibility of the Shareholders / Beneficial Owners to receive the said Second Interim Dividend. The Interim Dividend is proposed to be paid on or before March 31, 2017.Source : BSE
