Ganga Pharmaceuticals appoints Priti Kothari Bhaiya as company secretary & CO

Ganga Pharmaceuticals has informed that Ms. Priti Kothari Bhaiya, has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company as required in terms of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and of SEBI listing regulation in place Mr. Mustafa Shabbir Badami who had resigned from the post of the Company Secretary and CO.
