Dish TV India Q3 results on Jan 22, 2015

Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) and nine months period ended December 31, 2014 of the Financial Year 2014-15, duly reviewed (Limited Review) by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.Further, In accordance with Dish TV's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended from time to time, the 'Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended December 31, 2014, from January 12, 2015 till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 i.e. close of trading hours of January 23, 2015 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
