Crest Animation Studios: Outcome of board meeting

Crest Animation Studios at its meeting held on December 06, 2013, has inducted Mr. Prahalad Rao, Chartered Accountant, as an Additional Director effective from December 06, 2013. The Board has appointed Mr. Prahalad Rao as Chairman of Audit Committee. The Board has also appointed Mrs. Seemha Ramanna as Chief Executive Officer.
