Cethar Industries has informed that Mr. R. Devarajan, Company Secretary, has resigned as Secretary of the Company with effect from December 31, 2013. The Company is taking necessary steps to appoint a New Company Secretary.

Cethar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. R. Devarajan, Company Secretary, has resigned as Secretary of the Company with effect from December 31, 2013. The Company is taking necessary steps to appoint a New Company Secretary.Till such time a Company Secretary is appointed, Mr. S. Kanagaraj, Managing Director, will act as Compliance Officer of the Company.Source : BSE
