Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2015, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).Also, pursuant to the Provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from January 09, 2015 to January 23, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.Source : BSE
