Micro Tech declares dividend at Rs 2 per share

Micro Technologies (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2011, inter alia, have recommended the Dividend at the rate of Rs. 2/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2011 and Board of the subsidiaries of the company i.e. Micro Secure solutions Ltd and Micro Retail Ltd have recommended dividend of Re. 1/- and Rs. 0.50/- per share respectively.Source : BSE
