Apollo Hospitals declares dividend at Rs 3.75 per share

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on May 24, 2011 have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3.75 per share on the equity capital of the Company of Rs.623,553,550/- consisting of 124,710,710 equity shares of face value of Rs.5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2011. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before August 05, 2011.Source : BSE
