Gujarat State Petronet declares dividend at Re 1 per share

Gujarat State Petronet at its meeting held on May 26, 2011 has declared dividend at Re 1 per share of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2010-11.

Gujarat State Petronet Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 26, 2011 have recommended dividend of Re.1/- per share of Rs.10/- each (i.e. @ 10%) for the financial year 2010-11.Source : BSE
