Mukand Engineers Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 26, 2011 have recommended a dividend of Rs.1.50 per share (15%) subject to approval of shareholders in their ensuing Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
