Action Const declares dividend at Re 1 per share

Action Construction Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2011, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Re. 1 (Rupee One) per equity share (50%). The Company has already declared an interim Dividend of Re. 1 (Rupees one) per equity share (50%) for financial year 2010-11, in its meeting held on February 05, 2011.Source : BSE
